Gelateria della Passera was born in 2010, just steps from Piazza della Passera, in Florence's Oltrarno district. Behind the counter, Cinzia: a constant search for short-supply-chain ingredients and seasonal recipes that change with the seasons, for a catalog that today counts over 400 flavors.
